Tae Kwon Do will help you feel fitter, healthier, less stressed and more focussed, plus our modern form of self defence Tae Kwon Do for beginners integrates other types of martial arts like Jiu Jitsu, kick boxing and kung fu, so that you can get fit, and build the confidence that comes with knowing that, if you ever had to, you could defend yourself.

Taught by Brisbane’s highest ranking instructors in our state-of-the-art Tae kwon do and self defence studios, young and young at heart, will enjoy this modern form of Tae Kwon Do and all the benefits that come with this all over body workout, and it’s ok if you aren’t fit or flexible to start, that’s what the classes are for!

The self-defence skills you’ll learn with our self defence Tae Kwon Do classes will help you feel safer and more confident, and of course they’re great fun too!

Too old for Tae Kwon Do?

Never! 9th Dan Grandmaster Chris is almost 70, and is probably fitter than most 30 year olds!.. so you should feel confident knowing that you can start Tae Kwon Do at any age. Our special beginner Tae Kwon Do gives you just the right mix of challenge, fun, and fitness, while you learn alongside people who are getting started just like you.
