What will I learn

Our professional martial arts trainers create a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere where you will learn practical martial arts techniques you can use in real situations. We teach women martial arts from the specialist martial arts of Self-defence Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Krav Maga. We offer ladies only classes as well as mixed classes for everyone from beginners through to advanced.

We teach martial arts in a practical manner, with an emphasis on self defence, fitness, flexibility and confidence!
