Our professional martial arts trainers create a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere where you will learn practical self-protection techniques you can use in real situations. We teach women self defence from the specialist martial arts of Self-defence Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Krav Maga. We offer ladies only classes as well as mixed classes for everyone from beginners through to advanced.
Our focus is on teaching practical ways for women to ward off an assailant. We teach the self defence skills women can use in real-life situations. We also train women in protective behaviours and strategies to help avoid unsafe and dangerous situations in the first place.
